- Optimize capital structure and cost of funds
- Manage relationships with banks, payment providers, and investors
- Ensure financial transparency and governance
- Treasury management (fiat + crypto)
- Liquidity planning and capital allocation
- Revenue model optimization (fees, spreads)
- Financial reporting and forecasting
- Regulatory and tax compliance
Requirements
- 10+ years in finance & 3 years in management
- Experience in fintech/crypto strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of multi-currency and liquidity
- No prior criminal record
- Has never violated accounting or tax regulations, according to records maintained by government authorities
- At least 2 years of experience in the same role at a similar company
- Deep knowledge of general tax and accounting regulations as well as specific tax and accounting regulations related to virtual assets and trading operators
- Strong understanding of, and hands-on experience with, the reporting regime applicable to companies operating in the virtual asset sector, especially trading operators
- Experience working with financial model, cash plan, budgeting, forecasting and management reports
- Strong management, communication and coaching skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Ability to work under high pressure
- Fluency in English
- Experience working with companies controlled by foreign investors
- Responsive and solution-oriented mindset as a manager
