Tournament Admin / Referee (Esports)

Our client is an international iGaming company operating in the global market. We are looking for a Tournament Admin / Referee to join the team and support esports match administration.

Responsibilities:

• Administer esports matches and stay up to date with the competitive gaming scene
• Create game lobbies and coordinate match starts
• Ensure compliance with tournament rules and regulations
• Monitor matches and tournament progress
• Handle disputes, conflicts, and player complaints
• Communicate with players and tournament participants

Requirements:

• Experience participating in esports tournaments would be an advantage
• Understanding of esports and gaming communities
• Strong attention to detail and responsibility
• Ability to make quick decisions
• Good communication skills and ability to interact with participants in stressful situations
• English - working proficiency
• Russian language
