We are looking for a hands-on and result-driven Content & Media Marketing Specialist to join our Uzbekistan marketing team.

This role is not a pure content creator role, and not a senior management-level integrated marketing role. The ideal candidate should be able to create localized content, understand paid media execution, and support integrated marketing campaigns from planning to delivery.

The candidate should be able to turn product messages and local market insights into effective social media content, work with creators or vendors, and support digital campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and relevant local channels.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Localization

  • Plan and create localized social media content, including short videos, product visuals, campaign posts, event content, user stories, and promotional materials.
  • Develop content ideas based on product selling points, target audience behavior, market trends, and local cultural insights.
  • Support photo and video shooting for product content, user interviews, offline events, retail activations, and campaign coverage.
  • Write or adapt basic social media captions, campaign messages, and content scripts in local language and/or English.
  • Ensure all content follows brand guidelines while remaining locally relevant and engaging.

Media & Digital Campaign Execution

  • Support paid media planning and execution for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other local digital channels.
  • Understand basic media buying logic, including target audience, placement, budget allocation, campaign objective, CPM, CPC, CTR, and conversion performance.
  • Track campaign performance and provide basic analysis and optimization suggestions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, local media partners, influencers, and agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and meet performance expectations.
  • Help evaluate whether media proposals, quotations, and campaign plans from vendors or agencies are reasonable and professional.

Integrated Marketing Campaign Support

  • Support end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns combining content, paid media, influencer cooperation, offline events, and retail promotion.
  • Work closely with the Country Manager, sales team, product team, service team, and regional/global marketing teams.
  • Coordinate local vendors, production suppliers, creators, and agencies for content production, printing, event materials, and campaign execution.
  • Collect local market insights, competitor activities, social trends, and consumer feedback to support campaign planning.
  • Use AI tools and new digital tools to improve content planning, creative production, research, and campaign efficiency.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in content marketing, social media marketing, digital marketing, integrated marketing, or agency campaign execution.
  • Strong hands-on content capability, including content planning, short video ideas, shooting coordination, editing sense, visual storytelling, and social media execution.
  • Basic understanding of paid media and digital advertising, especially Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube, Google, or local media platforms.
  • Experience in 3C consumer electronics, smartphones, consumer tech, beauty, fashion, lifestyle, retail, or FMCG is highly preferred.
  • Agency background is preferred, especially candidates who have worked on content, social media, digital campaigns, media buying, or integrated campaign projects.
  • Sensitive to AI tools, digital trends, social media formats, and new marketing methods; willing to test new tools and improve work efficiency.
  • Able to judge vendor quality, media quotations, campaign proposals, and content plans with a professional mindset.
  • Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work with internal teams, creators, vendors, and agencies.
  • Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Comfortable with hybrid working mode and on-site execution when needed, including shooting, events, interviews, and retail visits.
