We are seeking an Executive Assistant (remote) for our partner, an American company that investigates digital crimes, protects online reputations, and neutralizes cyber threats.
Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and operational support to the COO (Chief Operating Officer).

Manage the COO's calendar, organize meetings, calls, and manage the schedule.

Coordinate internal communications and monitor the completion of tasks, deadlines, and assignments.

Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and other working documents.

Organize and maintain order in documentation, files, and business correspondence.
-
Participate in project coordination and monitor the timely completion of assigned tasks.

Interact with employees, contractors, and external partners on behalf of the COO.

Conduct research and gather information on various business issues.

Assist in streamlining administrative processes and maintaining the company's efficient daily operations.

Perform other administrative and organizational tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:

Experience as an executive assistant, office manager, or similar administrative position.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

High level of self-discipline and the ability to work effectively remotely without constant supervision.

Excellent time management and multitasking skills.

Proactive approach to work and strong problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle confidential information and maintain a high level of business ethics.

Proficiency in using a PC, instant messaging applications, and spreadsheets.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online collaboration tools.

A quiet, dedicated workspace with a desk and reliable equipment for effective remote work.

English language proficiency: B2-C1 level.

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM New York time (including a one-hour lunch break). Weekends are based on US federal holidays.
