Cleaning Team Manager

A U.S.-based company specializing in commercial property leasing, building repairs, rehabilitation, and property management. We manage multiple commercial properties and have our own in-house cleaning team that supports daily operations, tenant needs, and property maintenance.

We are looking for an organized and responsible Cleaning Team Manager to remotely oversee our cleaning team, coordinate schedules, monitor task completion, and ensure our properties are maintained to a high standard.

Location: Remote
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the daily work of the cleaning team
• Create and monitor cleaning schedules for multiple properties
• Assign tasks and follow up to ensure they are completed on time
• Communicate with cleaners, property managers, and office staff
• Supervise and support a team of 10+ people

Requirements:

• Previous experience managing a cleaning team, maintenance team, or operations staff
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage people remotely and follow up consistently
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required
• Comfortable using phone, messaging apps, spreadsheets, and task-tracking tools
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Ability to work according to Eastern Standard Time business hours
• Experience in property management, commercial cleaning, or facility operations is a plus

Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate is someone who can keep the cleaning team organized, make sure tasks are completed properly, and communicate clearly with both cleaners and management. This person should be proactive, responsible, and comfortable managing daily operations remotely.
