Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Chinese clients operating in CIS markets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in industrial and project logistics sectors
  • Promote the company’s services: logistics, freight forwarding, project cargo, and supply chain solutions
  • Collaborate closely with operations teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Participate in tenders, prepare commercial proposals, and support contract negotiations
  • Monitor market trends and identify projects involving Chinese investors, EPC contractors, and industrial companies
  • Represent the company at industry events, business meetings, and development activities

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Mandarin Chinese
  • Good command of English (Intermediate+ preferred)
  • Russian is an advantage
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales or logistics
  • Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, project logistics, or supply chain is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of Chinese business culture and market dynamics
  • Proven skills in:
    • sales and business development
    • negotiation
    • client relationship management
