About TelecomSoft:

We are a subsidiary of Uztelecom, the largest telecom operator in Uzbekistan. For more than 13 years, we have been building IT products used by over 5 million people. Our portfolio includes major government IT projects.

One of the key projects is the digitalization of Uzbekistan’s road infrastructure: deploying smart traffic lights and intersection cameras that automatically regulate traffic flow.

We develop real, working IT solutions — from AI video analytics to Smart City projects—and we are looking for someone who can help us expand into the MENA, APAC, CIS and
European markets.

What you will do:

Sales & Partnerships (80%)
  • Manage the full cycle of international sales for our IT products and outsourcing services.
  • Build relationships with international system integrators, distributors, and white-label partners.
  • Research markets, analyze competitors, and execute regional go-to-market strategies.
  • Close B2B and B2G deals with corporate clients and the public sector.

International Operations (20%)
  • Coordinate international business trips for senior management: visas, logistics, and meeting schedules.
  • Handle international documentation: contracts, NDAs, invitations, accreditations.
  • Prepare post-trip reports and market analytics for leadership.
  • You won’t just sell products—you will help build the engine that takes TelecomSoft to global markets.
What we expect:

Required:
high level of English and Russian (candidates without these languages will not be considered), strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Experience in international cooperation: the ability to build partnerships, find clients and partners, analyze markets, identify highly targeted exhibitions and conferences, and work with documentation. Readiness to manage the full cycle of business travel and reporting: preparing letters/materials, arranging meetings, tickets, and visas.

An additional advantage is experience in B2B IT sales (SaaS/outsourcing) and education at foreign universities, as well as experience living and working abroad in international companies.
