HR Intern, Learning and Development

We are looking for the Human Resources Intern (Learning and Development) to be a part of our Human Resources team located in Almaty

What We Expect:

• Create and maintain L&D documentation in accordance with internal policies and procedures.
• Actively participate in departmental and cross-functional projects involving L&D components.
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS):
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry.
  • Monitor data quality and consistency.
  • Generate reports and analytics.
  • Upload and update learning content.
• Support training preparation and logistics.
• Onboard new employees on how to use the internal LMS and access learning resources.
• Collaborate with other departments and external vendors to monitor and support the official learning process.
• Create and publish posts on the corporate media platform about training programs

Qualifications:

• Higher education;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
• English - Intermediate and above;
• Responsibility, punctuality, attention to detail;
