Product/Project Marketing Manager (ВНЕ РФ)

Blackcat is a next-generation European fintech brand built on top of the licensed issuer Papaya Ltd (Malta). We are developing an ecosystem for personal and corporate finance that combines accounts, cards, and crypto services.

We are currently looking for a Product/Project Marketing Manager who will take ownership of marketing and digital projects, as well as be responsible for product strategy, product development, and achieving key product metrics within a distributed team.

What you’ll be doing

— Managing Blackcat’s marketing and digital projects

— Shaping and developing the product strategy (aligned with business goals)

— Planning, task decomposition, and controlling timelines and quality

— Setting up and maintaining ClickUp as a single management hub

— Managing team workload and priorities in line with product goals

— Identifying risks, blockers, and improving processes

— Coordinating and closely collaborating with development, marketing, design, and contractors

— Ensuring transparency of statuses and deadlines for management

— Defining and prioritizing tasks based on product strategy and data

— Owning key product metrics (conversion, retention, growth)

— Aligning development and marketing to achieve product outcomes

What we’re looking for

— Experience as a Product Manager / Project Manager / Operations Manager in digital / marketing / IT

— Understanding of product metrics and hands-on experience working with them

— Experience contributing to product strategy development

— Ability to align and coordinate development and marketing teams

— Strong process-building skills and ability to work in ambiguous environments

— Hands-on experience with ClickUp (or similar tools)

— Experience working with distributed teams

— Strong planning and execution control skills

— Systems thinking, accountability, and ability to meet deadlines

— English for professional communication
