About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented professional to manage our virtual training process. You will also provide direct operational support to our CEO. This is a great opportunity if you have an Executive Assistant or Virtual Assistant background and want to take on more responsibility and grow your skills.

The Negotiation Experts is an international company that has delivered customized B2B negotiation training to large global clients for 25 years. We are a small, remote team with a flat structure — no unnecessary layers or bureaucracy.
What You Will Do
Training Coordination (50%)
• Set up virtual classes and manage participant completions
• Send reminder emails using our in-house software
• Prepare PowerPoint slides
• Coordinate with our Producers and assist during live training sessions
• Collect post-training feedback and assessments, and send out summary reports and certificates
• Manage the training calendar
CEO Support (30%)
• Help with a variety of global business projects (e.g. helping us to select and setup an LMS and training videos)
• Carry out various research tasks
Who We Are Looking For
• We prefer 2+ years of experience as a: Training Coordinator, Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Operations Coordinator
• Strong attention to detail and able to work independently
• You complete tasks on time, raise problems early, and take ownership of your work
• Strong English skills (C1 or above)
What We Offer
• Monthly salary: $885–$1,700 (based on experience)
• 10 days of paid leave per year
• Flexible daily schedule (outside of scheduled virtual training sessions)
• A wide variety of tasks across different areas of the business
