About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Manager to join our BPO team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting clients with high-quality financial services. You will work closely with internal teams and external clients to optimize financial processes and deliver accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations for BPO clients
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
  • Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards
  • Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial performance
  • Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and external stakeholders
  • Improve and automate financial processes and workflows
  • Supervise and mentor junior finance staff
  • Unit economis, financial model, financial analysis

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 3–5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or BPO environment
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, 1C, etc.)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills in English (B2+ or higher)
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines

Nice to Have

  • Professional certifications (ACCA, CPA, CFA)
  • Experience working with international clients
  • Knowledge of IFRS
