Responsibilities:
Financial Operations & Accounting Support
- Process and verify invoices (incoming and outgoing) and ensure proper documentation
- Support bookkeeping processes and maintain accurate financial records
- Monitor payment schedules, supplier payments, and client receivables
- Reconcile bank transactions and assist with monthly closing tasks
Reporting & Budget Support
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Prepare internal financial summaries for management
- Assist with budgeting and cost tracking across departments
- Monitor cash flow and support expense control processes
Compliance & Documentation
- Support tax-related documentation and compliance procedures
- Ensure financial records are properly archived and organized
- Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and financial institutions
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality in all financial processes
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with international team members across offices
- Communicate in English with colleagues, partners, and service providers
- Support operational requests related to finance and administration
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance/accounting
- Good knowledge of financial reporting and basic tax/accounting principles
- Strong computer skills and very good knowledge of Excel
- High attention to detail, reliability, and organizational skills
- Ability to work systematically with sensitive financial data
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Team-oriented mindset with willingness to learn and grow
