We’re a company providing first-line customer support for the iGaming industry, and we’re growing fast. We’re looking for a VIP Customer Support Specialist who knows how to treat clients like royalty and keep things running smoothly.

  • Heads up — we’re currently only able to consider candidates who are based in Belarus and can work locally.

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver premium support to VIP clients via chat and email.

  • Handle requests, bonuses, and account-related issues.

  • Act fast in urgent or complex situations.

  • Retain clients and keep them engaged.

  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with VIPs.

  • Collect feedback and help improve the service.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and keep reports and documentation up to date.

What we expect:

  • English B2–C1, both written and spoken.

  • Confident PC user with fast typing skills.

  • Strong attention to detail, multitasking, empathy, and a helpful mindset.

  • Experience with VIP or high-value clients (chat/email support).

  • Nice to have: iGaming experience.
