Hi! We’re looking for people who are fluent in English (B2+ or higher), and knowledge of German will be a plus. If you’re a positive person, enjoy helping others, can stay calm under pressure, and want to improve your English every day - and get paid for it - we’d love to hear from you!

What you’ll do:

Communicate with international clients (B2C) via chat and email.

Resolve customer issues and find effective solutions.

Escalate complex cases to technical teams.

Follow communication standards and company policies.
What we expect:

Strong English skills (B2+; C1 is a plus).

German at B1+ level is a strong advantage.

Confident computer skills and fast typing.

Attention to detail, empathy, positivity, and a helpful attitude.
