Hi! We’re looking for people who are fluent in English (B2+ or higher), and knowledge of German will be a plus. If you’re a positive person, enjoy helping others, can stay calm under pressure, and want to improve your English every day - and get paid for it - we’d love to hear from you!

What you’ll do:

  • Communicate with international clients (B2C) via chat and email.

  • Resolve customer issues and find effective solutions.

  • Escalate complex cases to technical teams.

  • Follow communication standards and company policies.

What we expect:

  • Strong English skills (B2+; C1 is a plus).

  • German at B1+ level is a strong advantage.

  • Confident computer skills and fast typing.

  • Attention to detail, empathy, positivity, and a helpful attitude.
