Responsibilities
- Claim work
- Litigation work (settlement of disputes with customers, contractual disputes, preparation and filing of claims, statements of claim, representation in court)
- Representation of company’s interests in courts and state institutions (Frequent business trips)
- Team coordination: supervision of litigation specialists, workload distribution, performance monitoring, quality control of legal opinions and court submissions
- Process optimization: development and implementation of standardized litigation procedures, reporting systems, and performance metrics for the litigation department
- Monitoring the progress of enforcement proceedings (sending requests, directly visiting FSSP, organizing consultations with bailiffs, appealing their actions)
- Legal expertise of documents received from contractors in connection with claims and judicial settlement of disputes, identification of risks, proposals for their minimization
- Preparation and verification of legal documents (settlement agreements, claims, petitions, appeals, cassation and supervisory complaints, etc.)
- Negotiating with the government institutions, commercial companies, individuals, preparation of letters and responses
Requirements
- Higher legal education
- High level of knowledge of arbitration and civil procedure, civil and labor law, the code of administrative offenses, and customer protection legislation
- From 3 to 5 years of experience including coordination experience
- Successful experience in conducting cases independently in the courts
- The availability of judicial practice in disputes on consumer protection issues as an advantage
- Practice of conducting claims work and business correspondence (negotiations) with contractors, ability to structure data and manage a large amount of information
- Knowledge of the technical device of the car, analysis of technical expertise of vehicles
- High level of responsibility, communication skills, competent oral and written speech, work for results, ability to quickly and efficiently prepare a legal position on a dispute and defend it in court
- Ability to solve non-standard situations, assess legal risks and suggest ways to minimize them
- High level of Word, Excel, Consultant+, PowerPoint usage
