Client Support Supervisor (Sinhala and Tamil languages)

We are seeking a proactive Customer Support Supervisor to join our team and manage customer support operations for the Sri Lanka region. You will lead and inspire a team of agents, maintain high service standards, and contribute to continuous improvement of our support processes. Responsibilities:

  • Managing a group of remote customer support specialists
  • Organising the team’s work effectively to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Assisting with the training and onboarding of new employees
  • Providing informational and consultative mentorship to team members
  • Supporting and motivating operators within the team to increase productivity
  • Monitoring the quality and efficiency of the team’s employees

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Supervisor or Team Lead in Customer Support
  • Experience working with remote CS employees will be considered an advantage
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work in a team and improve processes
  • Ability to analyse large volumes of information
  • Language proficiency: Fluent in English and Native in Sinhala and Tamil.
