We are looking for a Marketing and Content Coordinator (Execution Support) to join a premium fintech wealth management company based in the UAE. This role is responsible for coordinating tasks, timelines, and logistics so that projects move efficiently from concept to final delivery. The Coordinator works closely with the Brand Director and Brand Designer to ensure all materials are delivered, published, and implemented correctly.
This is an operational role focused on execution, organization, and communication — making sure everything happens on time, in the right format, and through the right channels.
Key Responsibilities
Content Coordination
- Maintain and manage the content calendar across all channels.
- Schedule, upload, and publish content in correct formats.
- Verify all required materials are ready before publishing.
- Coordinate timing of content releases.
- Organize and maintain content files and folders.
Production Coordination (Video, Content, Campaigns)
- Coordinate timelines for video production and campaign launches.
- Communicate with external production teams and manage deliverables.
- Organize references and materials before production begins.
- Track deadlines and follow up with external partners.
- Maintain a clear overview of project status at all times.
Influencer & Partner Coordination
- Prepare outreach lists and send outreach messages based on provided direction.
- Track all communication with influencers and partners.
- Follow up on deliverables and ensure materials are delivered on time.
- Maintain an overview of all active collaborations.
Merch & Physical Materials
- Coordinate production of branded merchandise (hoodies, caps, wristbands, pins, etc.).
- Communicate with suppliers (print, embroidery, production).
- Track production timelines, organize samples, and coordinate deliveries.
- Handle shipping and courier communication (DHL, etc.).
- Maintain records of quantities, sizes, and orders.
Administrative Support
- Organize files, documents, and operational records.
- Track tasks and deadlines across all workstreams.
- Prepare simple documents and coordinate small operational tasks.
- Follow up with suppliers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Support daily operational needs of the marketing team.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or operational support.
- Highly organized with proven ability to manage multiple parallel tasks and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills — comfortable working with suppliers, partners, and external teams.
- Detail-oriented with ability to follow clear direction and execute reliably.
- Proactive with follow-ups and deadline management.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs), Slack, and similar collaboration tools.
- Fluent English required.
Nice to Have
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or premium brand environments.
- Familiarity with content management systems and social media scheduling tools.
- Experience coordinating physical production (merchandise, print materials).
- Background in event coordination or influencer management.
- Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday, etc.).
