We are looking for a Partnership Manager to build and scale our partner network. This role combines partnership management, business development and B2B sales. You will be responsible for identifying and closing strategic partnerships, working closely with partners on both commercial and technical collaboration models.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute partnership strategy
- Structure partnership models (including referral / revenue share deals)
- Build and scale a partner network
Identify and engage potential partners (companies, platforms, affiliates) - Drive end-to-end deal cycle: outreach → negotiation → contract signing → launch
- Manage partners onboarding and development
- Build long-term relationships and expand partner accounts
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
- Leverage your existing network and connections to accelerate growth
- Proven experience CPaaS and CCaaS platforms
- Experience in Telecom and A2P is a strong plus
- Strong skills in: negotiation, building the relationships
- Existing network / database of partners is a strong advantage
- High level of communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Russian and/or English (ideally both)
