We are looking for a specialist to manage relationships with clients and vendors in the A2P SMS / telecom domain. This role combines partnership development and operational responsibilities with an active client and supplier base. About the Role This position sits at the intersection of sales and operations: Developing cooperation with active clients and vendors Increasing of the traffic volumes Proactively monitoring the routing quality You will work with active clients, helping them grow their business and scale the traffic.
Responsibilities:
Client Management
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Increase of A2P traffic volumes
- Handle incoming client requests
- Understand the clients needs and drive account growth
Vendor Management
- Build and develop relationships with vendors
- Negotiate A-Z pricing
- Increase traffic volumes
Operational Work
- Daily monitoring of route quality
- Track performance metrics (delivery, quality, stability)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Prepare reports
- 1–3 years of experience in roles such as: Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, Vendor / Service / Relationship Manager
- Experience in telecom / A2P SMS / aggregators is a strong plus
- Understanding of routing and traffic flows is a plus
- Strong negotiation skills
