Oil Dynamics LLC is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to work directly with the CEO across international, high-stakes energy projects.

This is not a traditional assistant role.
We are looking for a highly capable operator who can think, act, and execute at the level of a Chief of Staff — someone who thrives in complexity, moves fast, and can be trusted with critical business processes.

This role requires constant mobility, high adaptability, and strong personal resilience. A significant part of the work happens on the move, across countries and time zones.

What You Will Be Responsible For

  • Act as a strategic right hand to the CEO in day-to-day operations and decision-making
  • Own and drive projects end-to-end: from structuring tasks to execution control
  • Align cross-functional teams (technical, financial, operational) and ensure forward momentum
  • Prepare high-quality analytical materials, reports, and executive-level presentations
  • Continuously adapt presentations and messaging based on stakeholder feedback
  • Participate in negotiations and maintain business communication (frequently in English)
  • Travel with or ahead of the CEO to support key meetings, site visits, and project stages
  • Monitor project execution (including remote oversight) and maintain direct communication with teams on the ground
  • Identify inefficiencies and proactively optimize processes
  • Filter priorities and protect the CEO’s focus in a high-volume, fast-changing environment

Candidate Profile

  • Readiness to often international work trips, including Middle East
  • Minimum 5+ years in a comparable role
  • Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder projects
  • Fluent English (daily working language)
  • Russian (clear, structured)

What Defines a Strong Candidate

  • Sharp analytical thinking and structured problem-solving
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to operate under pressure and manage multiple priorities without losing detail
  • High speed of thinking and response
  • Strong ownership mindset: if you take it — you deliver it

Critical Capabilities

  • High emotional intelligence and situational awareness
  • Ability to read the room: understand reactions, resistance, and decision dynamics
  • Flexibility in communication style — from engineers to top executives
  • Proactive behavior: not waiting for instructions, but driving outcomes
  • Comfort with ambiguity, constant change, and high expectations

Work Format

  • Full-time
  • Travel-heavy role (core requirement, not occasional)
  • International assignments across multiple regions (including Central Asia and the Middle East)
  • Location-flexible: you may be based in any country
  • Remote work possible during non-travel periods

Compensation & Conditions

  • Starting from $2000/month + performance-based bonuses (personally discussed)
  • Official employment via Kazakhstan-based legal entity
  • All travel expenses fully covered (flights, accommodation, transport, communication, food)
  • Paid leave
  • Exposure to international, high-level projects and decision-making

Who Will Not Succeed in This Role

  • Candidates looking for a predictable 9-to-6 schedule
  • Candidates who require constant supervision or clear step-by-step instructions
  • Candidates uncomfortable with frequent travel and changing environments
  • Candidates who prefer execution over ownership

Who Will Thrive

Someone who naturally operates beyond the scope of an assistant:
who can anticipate, structure, decide, and move things forward — even in uncertain conditions.

Selection Process

We run a structured and efficient selection process:

Initial few questions after application

Online interview with the recruiter (experience, thinking, communication)

Final online interview with the CEO
