Responsibilities:

• Responsible for on-site deployment, installation and commissioning, system integration, joint debugging and UAT support of BSS/IT solutions including charging, billing, customer management, CRM, BOSS, cloud-native applications, etc.


• Develop delivery plans, change plans and risk pre-plans, implement delivery and changes in accordance with procedures to ensure on-time and high-quality project launch.

• Responsible for on-site problem location, troubleshooting, performance optimization and daily O&M to ensure stable system operation.

• Compile delivery documents including deployment manuals, O&M guides, test reports and acceptance documents, and complete project delivery and acceptance.

• Communicate with customers, pre-sales teams, R&D teams and partners, coordinate resources, promote problem closure and improve customer satisfaction.

• Participate in project inspections, health assessments, version management and major event support.

3. Professional Skills (Core)

3.1 Technical Basics

• Proficient in Linux/Windows system administration, Shell/Python scripting, TCP/IP networking, routing and switching, VLAN and load balancing.

• Familiar with deployment, SQL optimization, backup and recovery of relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle and PostgreSQL.

• Understand middleware (Tomcat, Nginx, WebLogic), containers/microservices (Docker, K8s) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Ansible).

• Master API integration (RESTful, SOAP), interface debugging and microservice architecture connection.

3.2 BSS Domain Knowledge (Mandatory)

• Familiar with core telecom/government-enterprise BSS businesses: charging, billing, revenue management, customer management, CRM, order management, settlement and BOSS systems.

• Knowledge of Huawei BSS products (e.g. eSight, uTraffic, charging suite, cloud-based BSS) is preferred.

• Have awareness of project delivery processes, ITIL, change management and risk control.

4. Soft Skills

• Excellent customer communication, demand understanding, solution presentation and problem-solving skills.

• Strong sense of responsibility, execution ability and stress resistance; able to independently handle complex problems and emergency scenarios.

• Good cross-team collaboration, document writing and reporting skills.

• Strong learning ability to quickly master new technologies and products.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in ICT/IT project delivery, operation and maintenance, or system integration; experience in telecom BSS/OSS, government-enterprise IT, or cloud project delivery is preferred.


• Familiar with telecom industry standards, Classified Protection 2.0, data security and compliance requirements.

• Proficient in automated delivery, DevOps, and monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Zabbix.
