The opportunity

We’re hiring a Senior Manager for the Forensics team in Almaty.

Role description

  • Serves corporate organizations, regulatory bodies, law enforcement and lawyers in responding to issues arising from allegations of financial and other types of fraud;
  • Supports clients to proactively manage risks in all areas of fraudulent misconduct;
  • Assist clients and their legal counsel in any claims or disputes that may arise from such incidents;
  • Responsible for the effective management and delivery of complex processes, solutions and/or projects, maintaining focus on quality and risk management, while navigating operational and organizational dynamics;
  • May be accountable for the budget, delivery and performance of complex processes, solutions and/or projects to achieve performance objectives;
  • Provides leadership and direction up to and including Managers across multiple activities Leads teams with broad visibility to achieve performance objectives.

What we expect from you:

  • 8+ years of experience in forensics, investigations, or risk management, preferably within a Big 4 or equivalent firm;
  • Experience at Senior Manager level or strong Manager ready for promotion;
  • Proven leadership in complex forensic / fraud / compliance engagements;
  • Strong English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus;
  • CFE, CIA, CAMS or similar certifications are a strong advantage;
  • Strong problem‑solving, analytical thinking, and stakeholder communication.
