Bank Relationship Manager

Join our team as a Bank Account Manager: open and manage corporate accounts, develop banking relationships, and deepen your expertise in international banking.

Responsibilities:

• Opening and managing bank accounts across various jurisdictions
• Ensuring smooth and efficient bank account opening processes
• Liaising with banks and financial institutions
• Taking ownership as the key team member overseeing banking relationships
• Maintaining and updating KYC and KYB files, ensuring company and related information is accurate, complete, and up to date in line with regulatory requirements
• Maintaining existing accounts and ensuring the smooth processing of ongoing transactions (payments, account maintenance and banking processes)
• Monitoring industry trends, regulatory developments, and best practices related to banking and financial services

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bank Account Manager or in a similar role, with expertise in opening and maintaining corporate and individual bank accounts across diverse jurisdictions
• Experience working with complex corporate structures, along with a strong understanding of risk assessment and compliance procedures in the banking sector
• Strong knowledge of banking regulations, KYC/AML requirements, and financial industry standards
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Russian will be considered an advantage
