We are looking for a Financial Analyst who will help keep costs and efficiency under control across 10+ offices in different countries. In this role, you will work with P&L by legal entities, analyze payroll and operating expenses, build dashboards, and prepare analytics to support decision-making by the RCOO and top management. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, can identify the root causes of variances, and wants to influence real management decisions in an international environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collection, consolidation, and validation of financial data across legal entities (payroll, operating expenses, taxes, office costs, benefits).
  • Preparation of regular reports for the RCOO and top management: P&L by legal entities/countries, cost per employee, office cost, management layer cost, cost dynamics.
  • Building and maintaining dashboards (e.g. in Excel / Google Sheets / BI) for managing 10+ offices: payroll/funding statuses, incidents, budget deviations.
  • Analysis of variances between actual results and budget, with commentary on “what happened and why”.
  • Participation in KPI calculations for offices and key roles, support of the legal entity risk-scoring system from a financial perspective.
  • Participation in the development and maintenance of a unified data model across all countries (reporting structure).
  • Preparation of analytics for RCOO decisions: where an office is too expensive, where there are cash-flow risks, and where optimization or additional control is required.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of experience as a financial analyst, economist, FP&A, or in a similar role (experience in IT / services / international groups is a plus).
  • Confident Excel / Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivot tables, simple models) and willingness to work extensively with data.
  • Understanding of basic financial reports: P&L, cash flow, budget vs. actuals, cost structure.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to identify inconsistencies in numbers and ask the right questions.
  • Willingness to work across multiple jurisdictions and different local specifics (exchange rates, taxes, different reporting formats).
  • Ability to clearly and concisely explain conclusions to non-financial managers.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with BI tools or willingness to quickly learn them.
  • Experience in international holdings or large corporate groups.
  • Experience in reporting automation, dashboard building, and setting up templates for regular reporting.
