EduTechSolution is a Belarus-based software development company founded in 2019 and a resident of the High-Tech Park. We develop digital platforms, web and backend solutions, and scalable information systems, combining strong EdTech product expertise with solid experience in custom and outsourced software development for international and local clients. Our teams work on projects in EdTech, FinTech, enterprise IT systems, and digital services and platforms, delivering complex, high-load solutions. We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Manager with a strong closing mindset, someone who doesn’t just generate opportunities but converts them into signed contracts. This role is for a commercial professional who takes ownership of the deal, navigates complex sales cycles, and consistently delivers revenue.
What we’re looking for:

B2+ level of spoken and written English

3+ years of experience in IT services sales with a proven closing track record

Demonstrated ability to drive deals from first contact to signed contract

Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills

Ability to understand client challenges and position tailored solutions

Experience working with international clients and stakeholders
Nice to have:

Additional languages (German, Arabic, or others)

Experience with enterprise or procurement-driven sales
Your core focus:
- Own the full sales cycle with a clear focus on closing
- Negotiate, handle objections, and drive deals to completion
- Work with qualified opportunities and turn them into revenue
- Build trust with decision-makers and stakeholders
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure a strong solution fit
- Develop compelling commercial proposals and value propositions
