Responsibilities:

Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations, including procurement of office supplies and services

Maintain HR documentation and personnel records in accordance with internal standards and local regulations

Coordinate administrative matters with the landlord and external service providers
-
Provide administrative and organizational support to the Company’s President
-
Administer service and supply agreements and related documentation
-
Manage employee benefits administration
-
Support development and update of internal policies and procedures
-
Assist in organizing corporate events and internal activities
-
Participate in HR initiatives including recruitment support, onboarding coordination, training administration and HR documentation
-
Perform other HR and administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative roles
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR documentation management
-
English – Upper-Intermediate level or higher
