Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations, including procurement of office supplies and services

  • Maintain HR documentation and personnel records in accordance with internal standards and local regulations

  • Coordinate administrative matters with the landlord and external service providers

  • Provide administrative and organizational support to the Company’s President

  • Administer service and supply agreements and related documentation

  • Manage employee benefits administration

  • Support development and update of internal policies and procedures

  • Assist in organizing corporate events and internal activities

  • Participate in HR initiatives including recruitment support, onboarding coordination, training administration and HR documentation

  • Perform other HR and administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative roles

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR documentation management

  • English – Upper-Intermediate level or higher
